Client history
The client profile is where you see everything tied to a single contact: their quotes, an activity history, and the value of accepted quotes. Open it by clicking a client in the Clients list.
The profile has three tabs: Information, Quotes, and History.
Information
The first tab shows the client's details: email, phone, company name, tax ID, address, and notes. It's all read-only here. To change anything, click Edit in the profile header to open the client form.
Next to the details there's an Accepted quotes value tile: the total of every quote for this client with the status Accepted.
Quotes
The Quotes tab lists every quote issued for this client, with its title, number, project address, status (Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected, Expired), and value. Each entry is a link that opens the quote details.
If the client is new and has no quotes yet, you'll see a "No quotes yet" message with a button to create the first one.
History
The History tab is an activity timeline. Bulido adds events here as you work with the client: client created, quote created and sent, quote accepted or rejected, projects created and their status changes, payments, and expenses. Many entries link to the related quote or project. On a "quote sent" entry you can download the quote PDF straight away.
Above the timeline there's a field for your own notes. See client notes for more.
Starting a new quote from the client profile
You can start a new quote for the client straight from their profile with the New quote button. They're pre-selected in the form, so there's no need to pick them again.
Deleting a client
You delete a client from their profile (the bin button in the header, or the Delete item in the menu). Bulido won't let you delete a contact that still has quotes or projects tied to it. The delete button is disabled in that case. Delete their quotes and projects first.
That safeguard stops you losing history. A client doesn't get deleted along with dozens of accepted quotes and completed projects.
