Simple calculations when you need them
Entering room dimensions is optional. You can always enter service quantities manually.
If you enter the length, width and height, Bulido calculates the wall, floor and ceiling areas and the room perimeter. You can use these values for selected services and still change every calculated quantity manually.
Save common scopes once and reuse them
If you often carry out similar work, save it as a template and reuse it in future quotes.
Add the complete set to the selected room, then adjust the services, quantities and prices to the specific job. You do not need to rebuild the same list every time.
You can save other common work packages in the same way — new-build flat fit-out, flooring and skirting board installation or ceiling preparation and painting.
The customer can see what the quote includes from the start
A single total price does not always show what a flat fit-out actually includes. In Bulido, you present the scope by room, with each service, quantity and price listed separately.
The finished document includes your company details and a clear cost summary. You can also add dates, terms and warranty information.
